I made this post exactly a year ago about my goals for @chatbase for 2025. We’re now doing over $8M ARR and growing fast. We had a lot of wins in 2025 but also made a lot of mistakes. I think the biggest mistake bootstrapped founders make is acting like a bootstrapped founder
