NEW VIDEO ALERT 馃コ We crossed $2K MRR but honestly thats not even the part im excited about the more insane milestone is moving from a 13% week 1 retention to 22% in the last month 馃槺 If you're curious how i did it + how im going to get to 30-40% check out the video!
finally broke $2K MRR 馃槶 BUT the biggest win tbh has been getting the costs down been relentlessly trying to improve caching / the multi-model system and we are at about ~75% profit margin now 馃憖 for context month 1: we were at 25% profit margin 馃槺
ok so 1 week launch update 馃憖 it took me over 2 years to hit $400 MRR for my first app (too many mistakes, might make a video tbh) THIS TIME IT TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK 馃槺 WTF IS HAPPENING
